About this policy
This policy explains how StPetersave Limited, trading as Sues Rooms, uses cookies and similar technologies on this site. It complies with the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR) and the UK GDPR, as updated by the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025 (DUAA), including the exemptions that came into force on 5 February 2026.
It should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains what we do with personal data more generally.

Where consent is not legally required, we still tell you what the cookie is for and give you a free, simple way to object.
Your choice, and changing it
Where consent is required, we show a banner before any non-essential cookie is set. That banner:
- Gives Accept and Decline the same weight, in the same place, at the same size.
- Uses no pre-ticked boxes and no default “on” setting for anything optional.
- Links straight to this policy.
- Can be overruled at any time using the control below.
No non-essential cookie is set until you have given consent, other than those covered by a recognised PECR or DUAA exemption described above.
We also keep our own record of each answer, because the law requires us to be able to show that consent was asked for and given. That record holds the answer itself, the date, the version of this policy it was given against, the page you were on and the site that sent you here, if any. It does not hold your name, your email address or your IP address: the address is replaced by a one-way code that cannot be turned back into it, and the whole record is tied only to the random reference listed in section 4 above.
Clearing your choice below makes this browser forget it and be asked again. It does not delete our record of what you previously answered, because that record is the evidence we are obliged to keep. Your next answer is filed under a fresh reference, so the two cannot be joined up.
