The process
Browse our available rooms and book an in-person or virtual viewing. We'll confirm within 24 hours.
We'll take up references and verify your right to rent in England, as required by law. Our onboarding is paperless.
Sign your tenancy agreement digitally. Pay your deposit (protected via TDS Insured), and collect your keys.
Once you're in, we look after rent, maintenance and documents directly, and a tenant portal for all three is on its way. We're always reachable.
Living here
Every room comes furnished and ready. Bills, broadband and council tax are handled, so the only thing left to sort is where to put your things.

We are building our own tenant portal. Once it opens, every Sues Rooms tenant gets an invitation to their personal account. Until then, call or email us and we will sort it.
